Trinity Developments' Projects Near Ottawa LRT Stations

With the Ottawa LRT opening in the coming months, many large Ottawa builders are pushing large residential and commercial projects near many Ottawa LRT Stations. Trinity Developments has a few sites lined up including a 65 storey project at the Bayview LRT Station.

The company is now looking for approval on a large project near the Trillium Line station at Gladstone. They are looking to build 3 towers on Loretta Avenue. The City wants high-density projects along the new LRT line and in close proximity to it's LRT Stations to promote more walking, biking and use of public transit.
