We are now in 2018 and can now look back at the Ottawa Real Estate Market and create statistics and look at the market trend. After a few years are slow and steady growth of 2.3% to 1.2%, Ottawa's real estate market in 2018 saw a big increase in price. The average house price in Ottawa for 2017 was $392,474 which is a 5.4% increase over 2016.
