Board fees are only some of the expenses incurred by Ottawa real estate agents. These fees are billed monthly by the Ottawa real estate board and give their members access to the MLS®, Teranet and a portion donated to the Realtor Care Foundation. 

The Ottawa Real Estate Board has many tasks including those of organizing trade shows, training members and maintain the local MLS® system. Monthly board bills for the year 2017 ranged from $128.22 a month to $248.25 a month. The total Ottawa Real Estate Board fees in 2017 were $2,019.75.
