The Only Condos near the Cyrville LRT Station

The Confederation Line of the Ottawa Light Rail Transit has been opened since September 2019 and the overall feeling has been positive. The next phases of the Confederation Line expansion are also quite exciting and will allow residents to commute to one end of the City to another quite rapidly and with ease.

We are quite familiar with the popular LRT stations such as the Rideau Station located in the Byward Market and in proximity to the Rideau Centre, the uOttawa Station which serves as a great connection for those attending the University of Ottawa, finally the Bayview Station connecting Ottawa residents with the Trillium Line which heads South.

A little known station is the Cyrville LRT station located between St-Laurent Station to it's West and Blair Station to the South.

In 2018 a total of 18 properties sold in an area of 0.6 km of the station The majority of the units were condominium units located on Beauparc Private. This condo complex built by Richcraft is only 5 minutes walk to the Cyrville LRT station.

Of the 18 properties sold in 2018, 16 were on Beauparc Private. The average sold price was $254,331. You can find 1 and 2 bedroom condos, some with exterior parking and some with indoor parking.

This year, in 2019, the same area has seen a total of 18 apartment-style condos sell in this same area. The average price is now $306,904. What an increase!
