Custom Monopoly Board Game for Ottawa

When I think of board games my mind goes straight to the Monopoly game. It's a great game that brings real estate and entrepreneurship to board games. 

Scott McLaren who was a recipient of Forty Under 40 awards has partnered up with Urban Logic to create a custom Monopoly board game of Ottawa. Scott and his team are hoping to produce a version that would see popular Ottawa businesses featured on the popular Hasbro game. 

Since producing a custom Monopoly game is quite expensive the promoter is approaching Ottawa businesses to help with its creation by sponsoring some squares, cards and other game pieces. The popular street names of the original Monopoly have been changed to popular Ottawa destinations such as George Street and ByWard Market Square.

Some companies and restaurants have already bought up spaces on the board game such as The Grand and Zak's Diner.
