The following is the Ottawa Real Estate Market's sales history. The Ottawa Real Estate Board tracks the average sale price of properties in the Ottawa area between 1980 to today. 

Along with the Ottawa Real Estate Price History the board also tracks the number of homes sold every year as well as the total dollar volume of all the transactions. The last column contains the amount of agents that were members of the Ottawa Real Estate Board.
